RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES
1 KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA'S)
• Assisting in parts related stock takes (including assistance with labels for warehouse)
• Perform other duties that may reasonably be required by Management
• Ensure that all tasks performed comply with minimum standards required by the company.
• Parts invoicing (ensuring all requirements are met eg, monies reflects in bank before invoicing (EFT''s), receiving cash & card payments
• Credit notes - parts (ensuring all requirements are met eg, ensuring all relevant parties signed the credit note before issuing the credit note)
• Receiving of cash for parts and workshop and send to HO for correct allocation purposes
• Prepare paperwork for customer refunds should they be in credit
• Reporting to HO (daily cash up sheets, end of day cash on hand, cash banked)
• Assisting accounts by managing the spreadsheet & forward for allocation
• Sending invoices / credit notes when requested by customers or branches
• Good housekeeping and filing
• Ensuing an effective Control of Company Assets at all times.

Overall management of full financial accounting services. Ensure compliance to financial management standards by adhering to policies and guidelines. Prepare expenditure management reports and cash flow analysis on a monthly basis. Ensure compliance with legislation regarding finance on an ongoing basis and other statutory requirements. Perform development, implementation and monitoring policies and procedures with regard to finance and the basic accounting system when required.
